Santa Joe Presents the Institute with a $55,000 Donation

Over the past 10 years, Santa Joe has regularly visited the children at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute. He will arrive with toys and joy this year on Dec. 18. Following last year’s visit, Santa Joe raised $55,000 for the Institute. In addition to visiting healthcare facilities during the holidays, Joe McGee — better known as Santa Joe — also raises money during the year for these facilities treating children. In September, Joe presented the Institute with a donation to support the Child Life Program and pediatric team.
