We are seeking an APRN to provide specialty medical services to patients within the scope of the supervising physician’s medical specialty and clinical operations, and counsels’ patients regarding their health.  May perform minor procedures (e.g. flexible nasopharyngoscopy) within the scope of the supervising physician specialty practice. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Florida.  The APP will support Radiation Oncologists at UFHPTI.  The APP’s duties will include (1) assisting physicians with evaluation and management of new patients referred for radiation services, (2) assisting physicians with evaluation and management of patients who are actively undergoing radiation therapy, and (3) directing follow-up care for patients previously treated with radiotherapy under the supervision of the attending physician(s).
