Arlington Area and Jacksonville Beaches (via Atlantic Boulevard)
Take Atlantic to Arlington Expressway over the Mathews Bridge and continue through downtown. Turn right on Broad Street (which turns into Boulevard). Turn left on 8th Street.
Jacksonville Beaches (via Beach Boulevard)
Take Beach Boulevard to the Hart Bridge and continue to the Haines Street/MLK Expressway. Exit on Boulevard and turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
